Modified SCORTEN to predict Toxic Epidermal Necrosis mortality

This study aimed to evaluate the epidemiological features of TEN patients, characterize the validity and accuracy of SCORTEN, and improve the current scoring system in predicting mortality. Clinical data of 51 TEN patients admitted to a referral burn center were retrospectively extracted (2010-2020).
