This layer represents the height of the base of Antwerp, as defined in the Shallow geological 3D layer and voxel model of the Antwerp region (OA v1.1, 2023). The shallow model is a test case for modelling the shallow urban subsurface. The model was drawn up in the context of the Flemish government's management agreement with VITO, under the name VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Environmental Planning Bureau.本图层表征安特卫普基底的高程，其定义源自安特卫普地区浅层地质三维图层与体素（voxel）模型（OA v1.1，2023）。该浅层模型为浅层城市地下空间建模的测试案例。本模型受弗拉芒环境规划局委托，依据弗拉芒政府与VITO签订的VLAKO管理协议编制完成。
