This repository contains data and analysis files for replicating the results presented in "Magnetically Labelled iPSC-Derived Extracellular Vesicles Enable MRI/MPI-Guided Regenerative Therapy for Myocardial Infarction" (Journal of Extracellular Vesicles, 2025; 14:e70178). In this project, we developed magnetically labeled iPSC-derived extracellular vesicles (magneto-iPSC-EVs) encapsulated with SuperSPIO20 nanoparticles via optimized electroporation for dual MRI/MPI imaging and regenerative therapy. We validate the imaging detectability and therapeutic efficacy through in vitro assays (MPI/MRI phantoms, RNA-Seq, flow cytometry, qRT-PCR) and in vivo studies in a mouse myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model. The data collection is organized by figure number.
