This file, extracted from the Single Social Report, which is itself fed by the Social Database (see metadata below), provides the number of officials working in permanent employment in the Seine-Maritime Department in 2022, by sector, by employment context, grade and sex. Permanent posts are intended to meet the long-term needs of the administration. These permanent posts are occupied by officials (and by way of exception by contract staff). These jobs are created either full-time (column B) or non-full-time (weekly service less than the legal weekly working time) (columns C, D and E). This indicator identifies officials, incumbents and trainees, paid as at 31 December 2022 in number of natural persons (1 person = 1 unit).
