The philosophical Honour Service collects data on all active religious communities in Antwerp. This is a prerequisite for the implementation of the administrative agreement whereby the city has an integrated policy on the location, licensing and management of prayer areas with a focus on religious freedoms, but also on the impact on the neighbourhood and local residents. Fire safety, noise, mobility and spatial safety are important criteria. The aim of this central overview is, on the one hand, to conduct internal policies on publicly accessible infrastructure and, on the other hand, to make this information available to an external audience. Interested parties can find out who the religious communities active in their city or neighbourhood are. The GIS layer contains information on address, type (Roman Catholic, Protestants, Jewish, Islamic,...), subtype (scope, denomination or nationality), vzw number, website and language of worship.哲学荣誉服务处（Philosophical Honour Service）负责收集安特卫普市内所有活跃宗教团体的相关数据。这是落实该项行政协定的前提条件：该协定要求该市制定整合化政策，对祈祷场所的选址、许可及管理进行规范，既以保障宗教自由为核心，同时兼顾其对社区及当地居民的影响。消防安全、噪音、交通流动性与空间安全均为该政策的重要评估标准。 该中央汇总数据集的目标主要有二：其一，用于推进公共可访问基础设施相关的内部政策制定；其二，向外部受众开放此类信息。有需求的相关方可查询其所在城市或社区内的活跃宗教团体信息。 地理信息系统（GIS）图层包含以下信息：地址、团体类型（天主教、新教、犹太教、伊斯兰教等）、子类型（活动范围、教派或所属国籍）、VZW编号、官方网站及礼拜使用语言。
