UC model was induced by 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS). Then, the rats were randomly divided into water treated group and HKL treated group. After 7 days of HKL treatment, transcriptomic profiling of UC and HKL treated UC samples were performed.
