Protein analysis data of the quantitative comparison of milky sap proteins from Chelidonium majus L. of the growth stage III versus stage IV. Four biological
and two technical replicates have been analyzed for each stage. Proteins were digested with elastase. Protein separation was performed by means of reversed phase chromatography on a BEH 130 column
(1,7µm, 100 mm x 100 µm) coupled to a trap column for desalting (Symmetry 5µm, 20mm x 180 µm) and using a nanoLC-ESI-QTOF-MS system (Q-TOF Premier, Waters) according to Kaspar et al. (2010). Data
processing and data base searches were performed using PLGS GlobalServer software vs. 2.3. Quantitative protein analysis was later on performed using the LC-MS Progenesis software (v4.0, Nonlinear
Dynamics). Data of 49 proteins with shifted relative abundance patterns are shown.
