RSKGD-FL-2018-ContextPlus: A Context-Enhanced Florida 2018 Road Safety Knowledge Graph Dataset

RSKGD-FL-2018-ContextPlus v1.1.0 is a context-enhanced version of RSKGD-FL-2018 v1.0.0. It preserves the Florida 2018 crash scope and adds uncertainty-aware weather and exposure context layers, confidence-tiered graph extensions, and context-oriented benchmark task tables. This record contains the dataset-only release package: derived data artifacts, ContextPlus context tables, graph extensions, benchmark task tables, schemas, manifests, metadata, documentation, validation summaries, checksums, and reusable scripts.
