The file DSEOM_simulation_code.r is the R code used to simulate future metapopulation dynamics including the addition of stage specific elevated extinction risk scenarios. The simulation requires an MCMC output from the fitted model including a pairwise (patch-to-patch) distance matrix which is available upon request.
