Tracking antigen-specific T cell response to cancer immunotherapy

<b>peptide_vaccination.zip </b>contains TCRb clonotypes for mices which was vaccinated by 14 peptides. Samples are describes in metadata : <b>SupplementTable1_metadata.xlsx</b>. Infromation about peptides contains in <b>Table_1_peptides.xlsx</b>. <b>SupplementTable2_SamplesClusters </b>: matrix, presentes cuumulative frequency of each cluster between samples.<b>SupplementTable3_clusters : </b>produced dataset of helper T cells (Th) TCR beta CDR3s specific to B16 melanoma neoantigens in the I-Ab pMHCII context<b>CTLA4_immunotherapy : </b>dataset with TCRb clonotypes of dLNs and ndLNs of CTLA-4 treated and control mice.
