Magnusiomyces capitatus genome sequencing

Magnusiomyces capitatus belongs to arthroconidial yeasts. This species is an emerging opportunistic pathogen frequently causing fatal infections in neutropenic patients. Here, we report the genome sequences of a natural isolate and several clinical strains of this species.
