The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Schadenrain (4th change)” of the municipality of Aitern from XPlanung 5.0. Description: FLST. Nos 122 and 122/1: Change of construction limit, max. 2 WE per property.开发规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序且具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为XPlanung 5.0平台中的艾特恩（Aitern）市镇《沙德雷恩（第4次修订版）》开发规划。说明：FLST编号122及122/1项：建筑红线变更，每宗地最多可设置2套居住单元（WE）。
