Raw bulk RNA-seq data: Transcriptomic profiling of LPS and IFN-gamma stimulated macrophages with acid-responsive siENO1 PECS nanoparticles

This dataset provides the raw paired-end bulk RNA-sequencing data (FASTQ format) of primary mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). To investigate transcriptomic reprogramming, the BMDMs were stimulated with LPS and IFN-γ to induce an inflammatory phenotype, and subsequently treated with either control nanoparticles (siNC@PECS) or enolase 1 (ENO1)-targeted acid-responsive nanoparticles (siENO1@PECS). The dataset comprises three biological replicates for the control group (LPS_2, LPS_3, L5) and three for the treatment group (PECS_2, PECS_3, PECS_4). Sequencing was conducted using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
