Home Owners Associations (GV 2015)

The purpose of this feature class is to separate freeholding properties from grouped or gated properties for the simple reason that the security (one of the values attributes) is more in a gated property than a freehold property; this counts for all types of properties i.e. Residential, Commercial, and Industrial etc. There is also other aspects that determine if a group of properties status will be seen as a Home Owner Association, we set with Residential a minimum of ten properties need to be gated. By keeping a historical record, we can see the growth between General Valuation Cycles. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.本要素类（feature class）的设计目的是将永久业权物业（freeholding property）与组团物业或封闭式社区物业（gated property）加以区分，核心依据为：封闭式社区物业的安全保障作为其价值属性之一，优于永久业权物业。该划分规则适用于所有类型的物业，涵盖住宅、商业、工业等类别。此外，尚有其他因素可用于判定一组物业是否可被归类为业主委员会（Home Owner Association）；针对住宅类物业，我们设定的判定标准为：需至少包含10处封闭式物业。通过留存历史记录，我们可观测各通用估值周期（General Valuation Cycles）之间的增长态势。所有空间图层（spatial layers）均由内部系统实时提供服务，数据条目的「最后更新时间」或「发布日期」仅针对元数据（Metadata）而言。
