Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is acceptable if it complies with the determinations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.本数据集为茵茨林根（Inzlingen）市《（402/16）比茨马特谷（Bützmatt Valley）第二次修订版》开发规划对应的WMS服务，基于XPlanung 5.0规范编制。说明：本合格开发规划依据《德国建筑法典（BauGB）》第30条第1款，至少明确了建筑使用的类型与范围、可转换地块以及本地交通流量。项目的合法性仅依据该开发规划进行评估。建筑项目若符合合格开发规划的各项规定且开发流程合规，则可获准实施。
