Table containing the list of municipalities covered by an effective and digitised urban planning document as of 21 February 2018. This table is used in particular to quickly map the state of digitisation of urban planning documents against the department. The characteristics of this table are: * Only INSEE codes for municipalities covered by enforceable and digitised urban planning documents are included in this table. * A municipality which can only be submitted to a single urban planning document which can be relied on on the same date, the INSEE code of a municipality can only appear once in the table.本表格收录了截至2018年2月21日，受有效且数字化城市规划文件覆盖的所有市镇列表。本表格主要用于快速针对各省映射城市规划文件的数字化状态。 本表格的特征如下： * 仅收录受具有强制执行力且数字化城市规划文件覆盖的市镇的INSEE代码； * 若某市镇在同一日期仅受一份可依托的城市规划文件约束，则该市镇的INSEE代码在本表格中仅可出现一次。
