Survey of European Parliamentary Papers Online

This dataset was produced by Alastair Dunning and Martin Schaller in 2015 as part of the Europeana Cloud project. Europeana is the website that aggregates cultural content from European museums, libraries, archives and other sources. Inspired by the Europeana Newspapers project (that aggregated historic newspapers from across Europe), this investigation explored the feasibility of aggregating parliamentary papers, and began by exploring what each country had done to digitise and publish their historic and contemporary parliamentary papers.本数据集由阿拉斯泰尔·邓宁（Alastair Dunning）与马丁·沙勒（Martin Schaller）于2015年编制，系欧洲云（Europeana Cloud）项目的组成部分。欧洲文化内容聚合平台（Europeana）是一家汇聚欧洲博物馆、图书馆、档案馆及其他来源文化内容的门户网站。受欧洲报纸项目（Europeana Newspapers）启发——该项目汇聚了全欧范围内的历史报纸，本次研究探索了议会文献聚合的可行性，并率先调研了各国在数字化出版本国历史与当代议会文献方面的实践情况。
