Gram-negative bacteria with different pathogenicity.

We identified Klebsiella pneumoniae from hospital clinical specimens and sent them for sequencing. By comparing the differences and associations of their genes for virulence, drug resistance, and other genes, we attempted to find potential reasons for differences in the severity of pathogenicity of different Klebsiella pneumoniae at the genetic level.
