RNAseq comparison of Ezh2 heterogygous knockout mesenchymal stromal cells verses wild type in young and aged mice

Comparison of gene expression pattern profiles of bone derived Ezh2 heterozygous (Het) mesenchymal cells versuss wild type mesenchymal cells isolated from young (3 month old; 3M) and aged (12 month old; 12M) mice.
