资源简介:
Ion exchange (IX) is commonly used to treat groundwater contaminated with nitrate (NO3-) and perchlorate (ClO4-). However, IX generates brine, which poses new environmental risks. Combining biological methods with IX, using microorganisms to treat the brine, can leverage the advantages of both technologies to achieve harmless discharge. Nevertheless, due to the inhibition of microbial activity by high salinity, most reported perchlorate-reducing cultures remove ClO4- at a very slow rate, making them difficult to use in practice. We investigated the co-removal performance of NO3- and ClO4-under long-term salt stress in H2-bio-MBfR and H2-bioPd-MBfR systems. Biofilm samples were collected to make metagenomic analysis to reveale differences in the community structure and functions of the biofilms, indicating that the role of Pd0NPs.
