Association Between Interleukin-27 and Suicidal Ideation: A Mendelian Randomization Analysis and Peripheral Blood Experimental Study

In the previous version, the IL-27 and TNF-α values for all 28 healthy-control participants were erroneously deposited. During data processing, an intermediate calculation result was inadvertently pasted over the final per-subject values, so the deposited numbers did not correspond to the authentic measurements. All 28 healthy-control IL-27 and TNF-α values have been corrected to the authors' original laboratory records. The corrected per-subject values reproduce exactly the healthy-control summary statistics (median, P25, P75) reported in Table 2 of the associated publication (Hu et al., 2025, Front. Psychiatry 16:1678780). The summary statistics in that publication are therefore unaffected.
