ABA regulates RNA decay and PTGS pathway (PRJCA038710)

We found ein5-1 mutant was hypersensitive to ABA treatment and this phenotype was relied on siRNA accumulation in ein5-1. In order to explore the regulatory mechanism of ABA on RNA decay and PTGS pathway, we used RNA sequencing to detect the expression level of mRNA in Col-0, ein5-1, ein5-1 dcl2-1, ein5-1 dcl2-1 dcl4-2, abi3-7, ein5-1 abi3-7 grown on MS medium supplemented with or without ABA at a genome-wide scale
