Real time hourly traffic flow model

This dataset contains the average of the traffic flow estimations generated by the traffic flow model of the city of Santiago de Compostela during the last hour. The dataset contains one record for each main segment of the city street and road network, with its identifier and geometry (line) and with the average of the estimations of the traffic flow intensity (number of vehicles per hour) generated by the model during the last hour. A coverage measure provides the percentage of data available to calculate the average, with respect to the total expected for the whole hour.本数据集收录圣地亚哥-德孔波斯特拉（Santiago de Compostela）市交通流模型于过去一小时内生成的交通流预估平均值。该数据集为该市街道与道路路网的每一处主要路段均对应一条记录，每条记录包含路段标识符、几何形状（线型），以及该模型在过去一小时内生成的交通流强度预估值（单位：辆/小时）的平均值。数据集附带覆盖率指标，用于说明用于计算该平均值的有效数据占整小时预期总数据量的百分比。
