SRUP – Rural Fire Danger Letter

Servitude and Restriction of Public Utility (SRUP) – Rural Fire Danger Charter, in force in mainland Portugal. Rural fire hazard mapping is one of the components of rural fire risk mapping in accordance with Article 41(1) of Decree-Law No 82/2021 of 13 October 2021. The hazard letter comprises five classes in accordance with Article 41(4) of the Decree-Law, namely ‘very low’, ‘low’, ‘average’, ‘high’ and ‘very high’. The methodology for the construction of the Rural Fire Danger Charter can be found on the website of the Institute for Conservation of Nature and Forests, I.P. (ICNF). The vector theme originated in the raster with 25 meters resolution. The geographical information provided through the respective web services was produced from information legally deposited in the National Territorial Information System (SNIT).公共服务役权与限制（Servitude and Restriction of Public Utility，SRUP）——《农村火灾危险宪章》，在葡萄牙本土正式施行。 依据2021年10月13日第82/2021号法令第41条第1款，农村火灾危险制图是农村火灾风险制图的组成部分之一。 依据该法令第41条第4款，该火灾危险等级体系共划分为五个等级，分别为“极低”、“低”、“中等”、“高”与“极高”。 《农村火灾危险宪章》的编制方法可在自然与森林保护研究所（Institute for Conservation of Nature and Forests, I.P.，ICNF）的官方网站查询。该矢量数据层源自分辨率为25米的栅格数据。 通过相关网络服务提供的地理信息，均由合法存入国家领土信息系统（National Territorial Information System，SNIT）的资料生成。
