资源简介:
The present study investigates metagenomic based microbial diversity present in soil samples from petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated sites to understand their potential roles in bioremediation. By employing high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, diverse bacterial taxa were identified. Functional annotation revealed genes involved in hydrocarbon metabolism, stress response, and environmental adaptation. The study highlights the complex microbial consortia capable of surviving in hydrocarbon polluted conditions. These findings provide valuable insights for developing effective bioremediation strategies for petroleum hydrocarbons and enhance our understanding of microbial ecology in contaminated ecosystems.
