This study utilized OpenAI's DALL·E model to develop a crop dataset encompassing six fruit varieties: strawberry, mango, apple, avocado, Hami melon, and orange. The AI-generated dataset is designed to simulate fruit images in realistic agricultural settings. Two image generation techniques were employed during its construction: text-to-image and image-to-image (variation). This dataset is applied to assess the DALL·E model's capabilities in agricultural image generation, specifically its performance regarding image clarity and structural similarity. Its intended application fields include the development of precision agriculture solutions and the advancement of image processing technologies, with the objective of addressing the challenges associated with agricultural image data generation.
