Abstract This paper presents a formal mathematical structure and rigorous proofs extending the findings originally documented under DOI 10.5281/ZENODO.21324560. By framing the system as a discrete hexagonal lattice stabilized by a Mod 9 invariant, we examine the structural mechanics governed by a 7-cycle periodic break. This mechanism prevents thermal runaway at the critical 5184 frequency threshold. We further integrate the 3I pulse sequence (8\text{-}13\text{-}8\text{-}5\text{-}13\text{-}8) as a foundational variable within the resonance anchor calculation.
