Support for project "Current and amplified music" 2011-2014

The dataset relates to the scheme implemented in 2011 by the Region to support emergence, creation and risk-taking artistic in the field of current and amplified music. Through this aid, the Region wishes to support the diversity of the aesthetics of the regional music offer, supporting the emergence, creation and artistic risk-taking, but also the expansion of the dissemination of artists and the circulation of audiences at scale regional. This aid may in some cases help the mobility of artists to present Ile-de-France productions in other regions of France. **Additional information on the device**: ***Beneficiaries*** - Generalist scenes invested in a music distribution project current. - Places specially dedicated to current music. - Event organising structures. - Local authorities developing a cultural policy in favour of current music. ***Eligibility conditions*** 1- Events (excluding festivals) organized on the territory Ile-de-France. - Priority is given to projects taking place in territories where current music scenes are less present, and artists signed by independent labels of which not more than 30% of the share capital are owned directly/indirectly by a multinational record company. - Projects to propose specific actions of meetings between Ile-de-France audiences and artists: high point around the discovery of a particular aesthetic, on-stage presentation of independent label artists, artistic collaboration between different places. 2- Projects promoting the mobility of emerging Ile-de-France artists on and outside Île-de-France. - 5 minimum dates must be organized, in different municipalities and departments for the same concert. - Priority is given to artists' projects signed by labels self-employed persons in the Ile-de-France region of which not more than 30% of the share capital is directly/indirectly owned by a multinational record company, and self-produced artists. ***Nature and modalities of the aid *** Maximum rate of 50% of the subsidisable expenditure excluding VAT, up to a maximum of €40,000.本数据集关联法兰西岛大区（Île-de-France）于2011年推出的一项扶持计划，旨在支持当代与扩声音乐领域的艺术萌发、创作实践与风险型艺术探索。 通过该扶持计划，法兰西岛大区旨在丰富大区音乐供给的美学多样性，扶持艺术创作的萌发、落地与风险型探索，同时扩大艺术家的传播范围，并推动区域范围内观众群体的流动。在部分情形下，该扶持计划还可协助艺术家赴法国其他地区展演法兰西岛大区的原创作品。 **该扶持计划补充说明**： ***扶持对象*** - 开展当代音乐传播项目的综合演出场馆 - 专门致力于当代音乐的演出场所 - 活动策划机构 - 制定扶持当代音乐文化政策的地方当局 ***申请资格条件*** 1. 在法兰西岛大区境内举办的非节庆类活动 - 优先扶持落地于当代音乐场景较为匮乏的地区，以及签约于独立唱片厂牌（且该独立厂牌的股本直接或间接由跨国唱片公司持有的比例不超过30%）的艺术家相关项目 - 项目需设置针对法兰西岛大区观众与艺术家的专属交流活动：包括围绕特定美学风格的品鉴活动、独立厂牌艺术家的舞台展演，以及不同演出场所间的艺术合作 2. 旨在推动法兰西岛大区新兴艺术家赴大区内外开展巡演的项目 - 单场巡演需至少设置5个演出日期，且举办地需分属不同的市镇与省域 - 优先扶持签约于法兰西岛大区本土独立唱片厂牌（且该独立厂牌的股本直接或间接由跨国唱片公司持有的比例不超过30%）的艺术家项目，以及独立自制艺术家的相关项目 ***扶持资金的性质与发放方式*** 最高可覆盖不含增值税的合规支出的50%，单笔扶持上限为40000欧元。
