Hot spring ssRNA and dsRNA sequeincing for RNA virus detection

To identify RNA viruses infecting thermophilic hosts, ssRNA and dsRNA extracted from cell fractions of hot spring water were sequenced. For dsRNA sequeincing, fragmented and primer-ligated dsRNA sequencing (FLDS) was applied. For ssRNA sequencing, total ssRNA were used.
