We used MPP+ to induce SH-SY5Y cell construction alpha-synuclein aggregated cell model, and transcriptome sequencing was carried out at 0h, 4h, 8h and 12h after induction. Among them, 0h was normal state, and 12h after induction was pathological aggregation state.
