GWAS summary statistics for dental caries and periodontitis

This deposit contains summary statistics of genome-wide analysis for dental endpoints in GLIDE consortium, and UK Biobank as well as multi-trait analysis combining both GLIDE and UKBiobank. A full description of the files is included as a readme, and a full description of the workflow is described in the linked manuscript (under review).
