BOLD contaminant pool dataset

This dataset describes 3,817 cytochrome c oxidase I gene sequences deemed to be contaminants by the Barcode of Life Data System (BOLD). These contaminants are from a barcoding project totalling 184,585 arthropods. Contaminants are defined as sequences which do not match the initial arthropod taxa assigned morphologically. Contaminants include: spreadsheet 1, Rickettsia; spreadsheet 2, Wolbachia; spreadsheet 3, all contaminants detected including bacteria, human and arthropod homologues.本数据集包含3817条经生命条形码数据系统（Barcode of Life Data System, BOLD）判定为污染序列的细胞色素c氧化酶I基因（cytochrome c oxidase I gene）序列。此类污染序列取自一项涵盖184585只节肢动物的条形码鉴定项目。污染序列的定义为：与初始形态学鉴定指定的节肢动物分类群不匹配的序列。本次收录的污染序列包括：表格1中的立克次体（Rickettsia）、表格2中的沃尔巴克氏体（Wolbachia），以及表格3中所有检测到的污染序列（涵盖细菌、人类及节肢动物同源序列）。
