卫星影像建筑物提取的高分七号基准数据集

本研究基于中国高分七号（GF-7）卫星影像，构建了一个高分辨率（0.65米）建筑物数据集。该数据集影像覆盖天津、兰州、重庆、宁波、广州和深圳共六个城市，包含5175对512×512像素的影像瓦片（其中训练集3106对、验证集1034对、测试集1035对），总计覆盖中国境内573.17平方公里的区域。数据集共标注170,015栋建筑物，其中145,327栋（84.8%）分布于城区，其余24,688栋（15.2%）分布于乡村地区。所有高质量标注主要通过人工数字化方式生成。This study develops a high-resolution (0.65 m) building dataset based on Chinese Gaofen-7 (GF-7) satellite imagery. The dataset covers six Chinese cities including Tianjin, Lanzhou, Chongqing, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and contains 5,175 pairs of 512×512 pixel image tiles, with 3,106 pairs for training, 1,034 pairs for validation and 1,035 pairs for testing. It covers a total area of 573.17 square kilometers across mainland China. A total of 170,015 buildings are annotated in this dataset, among which 145,327 (84.8%) are distributed in urban areas, while the remaining 24,688 (15.2%) are located in rural areas. All high-quality annotations are primarily generated via manual digitization.
