Vulnerable neighbourhoods

Neighbourhoods with relatively more vulnerable elderly people and lower liveability scores are more vulnerable to the risks of climate change such as flooding and heat stress. The map shows vulnerable neighbourhoods based on a combination of livability, health and climate risks (water nuisance and heat stress). It is important to know that the map gives only an indicative picture of vulnerable neighbourhoods for the whole of the Netherlands, with a limited number of indicators taken into account. In addition, it is good to realise that ‘neighborhood’ is still relatively high a scale to determine exactly where climate interventions have the most impact. The map should be used primarily as a first pre-selection of relevant neighbourhoods.老年群体相对脆弱、宜居性评分较低的社区，更易遭受洪涝、热应激等气候变化风险的冲击。本地图基于宜居性、健康水平与气候风险（水患与热应激）的综合评估，标识出易受影响的社区。 需特别说明的是，本地图仅为荷兰全国范围内易受影响社区的示意性展示，且仅纳入了有限数量的评估指标。此外，还需明确的是，以“社区”作为评估尺度仍相对偏大，无法精准判定气候干预措施的最优实施区域。因此，本地图的核心用途仅为对相关社区开展初步预筛选。
