XPlanning data set BPL “Behind the Courts (Ortsbauplan 1961)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hinter den Höfen (Ortsbauplan 1961)” of the municipality of Allmendingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: “Behind the Höfen, Ortsbauplan 1961”, expands the site plan “Hinter den Höfen” of 1960 and is also referred to as “Hinter den Höfen II”.开发规划（Development Plan, BPL）包含了约束城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划的编制需以土地利用规划为依据。本次可用数据集为XPlanung 5.0平台提供的阿尔明德根自治市的《Hinter den Höfen（Ortsbauplan 1961）》开发规划。数据集说明：本规划即《霍芬后方（Ortsbauplan 1961）》，它拓展了1960年版的《Hinter den Höfen》场地规划，亦被称为《Hinter den Höfen II》。
