Potomac River Submerged Aquatic Vegetation Raw sequence reads. plant metagenome

The goal of this study is to characterize the bacterial community on Submerged Aquatic Vegetation growing along the Potomac River. The river has a salinity gradient that hopefully will elucidate the relationship between host species and microbiome in terms of salt tolerance. The 16S rRNA gene was PCR amplified and then sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq.
