Catering services; revenue development, index 2015=100

This table contains figures on the turnover and volume development of the hospitality industry. The figures can be broken down by sector according to CBS’s Standard Business Classification (SBI 2008). The trend is represented as a percentage change from a previous period and by means of indices with the base year 2015. Turnover and volume developments are published in two forms. First of all as year-on-year developments where growth compared to the same period in the previous year is central. These figures are presented uncorrected. The second form concerns period-on-period developments, for example quarter-on-quarter. Period-on-period developments are possible by applying seasonal adjustment. Data available from: First quarter of 2005. Status of the figures: The figures for 2023 are provisional. The figures for a calendar year shall become final no later than five months after the end of that calendar year. Through response, the figures can still change until then and the status of ‘provisional’ is maintained. Amendments as of 30 November 2023: The figures for the third quarter of 2023 have been added. Changes as at 31 August 2023: Due to the erroneous reading of revised 2022 figures, not the most up-to-date data have been used during the 2023Q1 publication and some 2022 figures have changed. The changes are limited for most sectors (ranging from one tenth to a maximum of 1 percentage point). Exceptions are: — Branch 55 accommodation: 2022 quarters 2, 3 and 4, with differences of 2,43 and 1.96 and 2.27 percentage points respectively. Due to the government measures related to the coronavirus, some services were not or limited available in the second and fourth quarters of 2020 and in the first quarter of 2021. As a result, for some of these services there were no transactions whose prices could be measured. The lack of sufficient transactions is the reason why there are no volume figures for some branches. When will there be new figures? For quarterly statistics, CBS publishes the last working day of the second month after the quarter. After publication of the final results, CBS only adjusts the results if major adjustments and/or corrections are necessary.本表格收录了酒店业营业额与经营体量的发展态势数据。此类数据可依据中央统计局（CBS）制定的《标准行业分类（2008版，Standard Business Classification SBI 2008）》按行业门类进行细分。数据趋势以较上期的百分比变动形式呈现，同时以2015年为基期的指数形式展示。 营业额与经营体量发展数据以两种形式发布：其一为同比发展数据，核心指标为相较上年同期的增长率，此类数据未经修正。 其二为环比发展数据，例如季度环比。环比数据需通过季节性调整方法生成。 数据覆盖时段：2005年第一季度起。 数据状态说明： 2023年相关数据为初步统计值。 某一自然年度的最终统计数据需于该年度结束后不晚于五个月内发布。在此之前，数据仍可因反馈意见进行调整，且始终维持「初步统计」的状态。 2023年11月30日的修订内容： 新增2023年第三季度相关数据。 2023年8月31日的变更说明： 因2022年修正数据读取失误，2023年第一季度数据发布时未采用最新原始数据，导致部分2022年统计数据发生变更。多数行业的变更幅度较小（介于0.1至1个百分点之间），例外情况如下： —— 55门类住宿业：2022年第二、三、四季度数据，变更幅度分别为2.43、1.96及2.27个百分点。 受新冠疫情相关政府管控措施影响，2020年第二、四季度及2021年第一季度部分服务暂停或受限。在此期间，部分服务缺乏可用于价格测算的交易记录，因此部分行业未收录经营体量数据。 新数据发布安排： 对于季度统计数据，中央统计局（CBS）将于每季度结束后第二个月的最后一个工作日发布统计结果。最终结果发布后，仅当存在重大调整或修正需求时，CBS才会对统计数据进行修订。
