Microbes and their impacts on prawn farming in Bangladesh. Commercial probiotics

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of microorganisms and their treatment on prawn aquaculture by isolation, identification, genome sequencing, bioinformatic analysis, in vitro and in vivo tests. We also evaluate the efficacy of current beneficial microbial products, such as aquaculture probiotics. To accomplish this objective, we isolated many prawn pathogens along with beneficial commercial microorganisms from prawn farms and commercial aquaculture probiotics. To alleviate the adverse effects of these bacteria on prawn farming, we discovered many phages targeting them.
