2010 NERC Sea Mammal Research Unit. Berwickshire and North Northumberland Grey seal population status

As part of a report to Natural England, the NERC Sea Mammal Research Unit conducted and investigated the Grey Seal population status of Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast European Marine Site. The report includes detailed counts of grey seals around various known populations along the site of interest. These totals are compared with previous studies estimate pup production rate and breeding potential for each population.作为提交给英国自然环境署（Natural England）的报告的一部分，NERC海洋哺乳动物研究组（NERC Sea Mammal Research Unit）对贝里克郡与北诺森伯兰海岸欧洲海洋保护区（Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast European Marine Site）内的灰海豹（Grey Seal）种群现状开展了调查研究。本报告详细统计了目标保护区内各已知灰海豹种群周边的个体总数，并将本次统计得到的总数量与既往研究针对各种群估算的幼崽出生率及繁殖潜力进行了对比。
