These are E coli cells (EPEC 8612) obtained from Ritesh (Ilan Rosenshine lab at the Hebrew . university). The idea is to image bacterial nanotubes in these cells.
These are FIB-milled dinoflagellate cells (Symbiodinium). These are the tilt series collected on . the lamellae milled on grid 1. Grid 1 correlates with grid1 on the SEM folder.
