Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Community Sites (CIS) Natura 2000

The Natura 2000 network comprises 2 types of regulatory areas: special Protection Areas (SPAs) and Special Areas of Conservation (SACs).Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) aim to conserve the habitat types and animal and plant species listed in Annexes I and II to the European Habitats Directive of 21 May 1992. To designate the SACs, each Member State shall submit its proposals to the European Commission in the form of a pSIC (proposal for a Community Site of Interest). After approval by the Commission, the PSIC is listed as a Site of Community Interest (SIC) for the European Union and is integrated into the Natura 2000 network. A ministerial order then signs the site as a SAC.自然2000网络（Natura 2000）包含两类法定管控区域：特别保护区（Special Protection Areas，SPAs）与特殊保育区（Special Areas of Conservation，SACs）。特殊保育区（SACs）旨在保护1992年5月21日颁布的《欧洲生境指令》附件Ⅰ与附件Ⅱ中所列的生境类型及动植物物种。为核定特殊保育区，各成员国须以共同体利益地提案（proposal for a Community Site of Interest，pSIC）的形式向欧盟委员会提交立项申请。该提案经欧盟委员会批准后，将被列为欧盟共同体利益地（Site of Community Interest，SIC），并纳入自然2000网络。随后由部长级政令正式将该区域认定为特殊保育区。
