This is RNAseq data from raw sequence reads for the S. aureus Newman strain (New) and some of its isogenic mutants with and without vancomycin (van) stress. Initially, the database will contain two samples for WT Newman: New and NEW_van and two samples for the T331I mutant: T331I, and T331I_van. More mutants will be added at a later stage.
