Field data supporting study of temporal changes in microbial diversity from Louisiana marsh sediment and water, October 2014

This dataset includes October 2014 field measurements that complement marsh sediment and water samples collected for characterization of microbial diversity in Louisiana marshes, a component of a longitudinal study. Water samples collected offshore from the marsh vegetation edge and sediment samples collected both inland and 1-2m offshore from the marsh vegetation edge are supported by meter data for parameters including water physicochemistry and weather measurements, as well as other field observations. Complementary bacterial community composition datasets from October 2014 marsh sediment samples are reported separately (R1.x139.143:0045).本数据集涵盖2014年10月的野外实测数据，用于补充为表征路易斯安那州沼泽微生物多样性而采集的沼泽沉积物与水样，该研究属于一项纵向研究的组成部分。采集自沼泽植被带外缘近海区域的水样，以及采集自内陆与沼泽植被带外缘向海侧1-2米处的沉积物样本，配套有包含水体理化性质、气象观测及其他野外观测项的多参数仪表监测数据。针对2014年10月采集的沼泽沉积物样本的配套细菌群落组成数据集已另行发表（R1.x139.143:0045）。
