Highlands Municipal Conforming Status

This layer identifies Highlands municipalities that have received Highlands Council approval for their petitions for Plan Conformance to the Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP). These municipalities have adopted the petition and incorporated the Highlands's RMP into their master plan. Symbology unique values indicate the level at which the municipality conforms: 1. Fully Conforming, Whole Municipality, 2. Conforming, Preservation Area Only, 3. Not Conforming.本图层用于识别已获得高地委员会（Highlands Council）批准、提交《高地区域总体规划（Highlands Regional Master Plan，RMP）》合规请愿的高地地区市镇。此类市镇已采纳该请愿，并将高地区域总体规划纳入自身的总体规划。符号系统的唯一取值用于表征该市镇的合规等级：1. 全域完全合规；2. 仅保护区合规；3. 不合规。
