Genome resequencing of jujube Ziziphus jujuba Mill

The data were uploaded by the organization of College of Forestry, Northwest AF University, China. We collected the wild and landrace jujube sample leaves from National jujube germplasm nursery and also our experimental station of jujube breeding. DAN sequencing was performed with an Illumina platform with pair end of 150 bp read length for approximately 10 fold for each sample. This was the first public resequencing datasets, and could be used for genomic evolution, and variation calling, which provided a robust database for breeding development.
