Erroneous Predictions of Auxotrophies by CarveMe

This data set shows CarveMe's auxotrophy predictions for 127 diverse bacteria that can make all 20 amino acids. The first table lists the 127 prototrophic bacteria, the NCBI assembly identifiers, and their taxonomy according to the genome taxonomy database (GTDB). The second table lists the erroneous auxotrophy predictions from CarveMe, as well as GapMind's annotation of how the bacterium is likely to make that amino acid (path) as well as the number of steps at each confidence level (nHi, nMed, nLo). Both tables are tab-delimited. <br>
