The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Max-Bommer-Weg (original)” of the city of Überlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “Max-Bommer Way”; as last amended by law of 22.04.1993;
