Transcriptomic Analysis of Huai Goat Longissimus Dorsi Muscle and Adipose Tissue Across Different Ages and Genders

This study investigates the transcriptomic profiles of longissimus dorsi muscle and adipose tissue in Huai goats across different ages (6 months vs. 24 months) and genders (male vs. female). The aim is to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying variations in meat quality and adipose tissue development. RNA sequencing data provide insights into differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with muscle growth, fat deposition, and flavor formation in Huai goats. These findings contribute to optimizing breeding and production practices for enhanced meat quality and flavor.
