Dataframes directly used for all analysis in 'Inbreeding depression in morphological and growth traits of wild barn owls (Tyto alba)'.There are three morphological traits in separate .txt files although many individuals are the same for each file, and individuals have repeated records at different ages. The three phenotype measurements are: LeftTarsus (scaled to 3 digits i.e. a value of 713 correspond to a tarsus length of 7.13cm), Mass (g), and BillLength (scaled to 3 digits i.e. a value of 179 corresponds to a bill length of 1.79cm). Additional column headers are as follows: RingId - individual identifierFROH - ROH based individual inbreeding coefficientFuniW - Individual inbreeding coefficient based on allele sharingage_days - estimated age of the individual when the phenotypic measurement was takenSex - Sex of the individual with males coded as 1 and females 2Rank - order in which the individual was born in the clutch e.g. born first =1, born 2nd =2Clutch_merge - Individual clutch identifier for the born and raised clutch of the individual (see methods in paper for further explanations)Observer - categorical identifier of person taking the measurements Year - Year in which the individual was bornnestboxID - Individual identifier for nestbox location gr_stage - growth stage of the individual : juvenile (180 days)Julian hatchdate (not used in this analysis)month - numeric moth in which the individual was born dev_stage.min_mes (not used in this analysis)age_acc - variable to account for the age of the individual as a gompertz growth curve with population averages (see methods of paper for full explanation and associated GitHub page)RingId_pe - permanent environment of the individual i.e. repeated individual identifier*_scale - Phenotype scaled for mixing (not used in this analysis)
