Catalogue of data of the Ministry of Culture

The Ministry of Culture makes available its catalogue of data. Its scope covers data held by central government, decentralised services (DRAC: regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs) and Services with National Jurisdiction (SCN). This census proposes the description of the datasets, the identification of the source, the contact, allowing any user or re-user to access the information if it is already open, or to request it otherwise. The catalogue will allow the Ministry to identify the most requested datasets, and according to the expectations expressed, will prioritise the opening of these datasets. The catalogue lists datasets and their metadata, but does not give access to the data themselves, except for datasets already open or searchable (see columns link1 and link2).文化部对外公开其官方数据集目录。该目录的收录范围涵盖中央政府、分权服务机构——地区文化事务局（regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs，简称DRAC）以及国家管辖权服务机构（SCN）所持有的数据。 本目录旨在提供各数据集的描述信息、来源标识与联系方式，以便所有用户或数据复用者可直接访问已公开的相关信息，或针对未公开数据提出获取申请。该目录可帮助文化部厘清最受需求的数据集，并依据公众表达的期望，优先推进这些数据集的公开工作。 本目录仅收录数据集及其元数据，并不提供数据集本身的访问入口，仅已公开或可检索的数据集除外（详见link1与link2列）。
